Reheating Procedures for
Orchard Pit BBQ
Pork Butt or Shredded Smoked Chicken
Thoroughly thaw the pork butt or smoked chicken. Keep in original cryovac plastic bag. Wrap package with heavy duty
aluminum foil. Place in oven and bake at 300 F for 30 minutes or until internal temperature is 140 F. Remove from oven
and serve.
Whole Brisket
Thoroughly thaw brisket. Keep in original cryovac plastic bag. Wrap in heavy duty aluminum foil. Heat oven to 300 F.
Place wrapped brisket on a sheet pan, put in the oven and bake for 2 hours or until internal temperature is 140 F.
Remove from oven and serve.
Pre-Sliced Brisket or Beef Burnt Ends
Thoroughly thaw the brisket or burnt ends. Wrap original cryovac plastic bag in heavy duty aluminum foil. Place the
wrapped brisket or burnt ends in a pan and bake in a 300 F oven for 30 minutes or to an internal temperature of 140 F.
Remove from oven and serve.
Rack of Ribs
Thoroughly thaw the rack of ribs. Wrap full rack of ribs with heavy duty foil over the cryovac plastic bag. Heat oven to
325 F. Place wrapped ribs in oven and heat for 45 minutes or until an internal temperature of 140 F. Take out of oven
and remove the foil and cut one end of the cryovac bag. Slide the rack of ribs on a sheet pan and brush with our favorite
BBQ sauce. Place ribs in the oven and heat for another 15 minutes to set the sauce. Remove from the oven and cut ribs
into individual portions and serve.
Smoked Chicken or Smoked Sausage
Thoroughly thaw the smoked chicken. Wrap the packaged chicken in heavy duty aluminum foil. Heat oven to 300 F for
30 minutes or until internal temperature is 140 F. Remove from oven and serve.
Whole Smoked Turkey
Cover the plastic wrapped turkey with heavy duty aluminum foil. Place in a roaster pan with a small amount of water in
the pan, place in the oven. Bake at 300 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until internal temperature is 140 F. Remove from
oven and serve.
